The STR step motor drives, available in 4 amp and 8 amp versions, are DC input drives requiring a step and direction control signal. They feature Anti-resonance, Microstep Emulation and Idle Current Reduction.</p><p><span

AMP engineers optimized the performance for a number of motors, storing all the configuration parameters on the drive. The motor is then selected by a 16 position rotary switch.
