Winchester, Oh. – Koford Engineering’s new short length 28mm (1.102 in.) diameter slotless two-pole motor features an axial length of only 23.9mm  (0.941 in.).

The motor is designed for applications with limited available axial length and features winding from 4,428 rpm up to 14,952 rpm, with custom winds to meet special customer applications also available.

An ambient temperature range from –73C to +100C and a maximum internal temperature of 150C allows for use in a wide range of applications such as blowers, pumps, beam choppers and scanners. The slotless design offers no cog resulting in smooth rotation, and also high power density. Matching sensorless drives are also available.
