Baldor at Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) 2017 conference in Tampa

June 16, 2017 By Lisa Eitel Leave a Comment

The annual EASA conference and convention will be held this year June 25-27 at the Tampa Convention Center. If you’re attending, visit Baldor at Booth #501.

“As a supporter and exhibitor at EASA for more than 30 years, we value our relationship with the organization and its members. They are our service arm for electrical products.” noted Randy Colip, Executive Vice President Sales. “Each year, we look forward to attending the annual convention to catch up with old friendships and make new ones.”

In the booth this year, Baldor will showcase a number of stock and custom products including:

RPM XE: A product line built with a caged permanent-magnet rotor. The RPM XE is a hybrid motor platform that can operate across the line or on adjustable frequency power. When operated across the line the platform offers up to 4 levels above NEMA Premium efficiency or when paired with a drive meets NEMA Premium efficiency. The standard NEMA frame design allows drop-in replacement for traditional NEMA motors.

Farm Duty: Designed and built with reliability at the forefront. Farm duty motors are put to the test every single day in some of the most rugged and harsh environments. Most three phase designs incorporate extra sealing around the shaft output and sealed bearings. The entire farm duty line is finished with a heavy-duty epoxy paint to protect the motor from outdoor elements.

Crusher Duty: Engineered for the demands of the aggregate industry; the crusher duty platform offers high torque characteristics and superior reliability. Enclosures are rated for IP55 to keep dust, debris, and moisture out of the rotating and electrical assemblies. All ratings offer NEMA Premium efficiency.

RPM PD DC Motors: An optimized armature design allows for full power and increased torque across a wide speed range, while maintenance is minimized with enhanced brushes and monitoring devices.
