Bimba Manufacturing announced its selection as a best practice lean tour site during the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) Conference, the premier conference for enterprise excellence. On Thursday, October 18th, Jim Umland, Bimba Director of Operations, will be giving participants an exclusive look into Bimba’s processes.

Tour attendees will see how Bimba employs value-stream mapping, daily 5S implementation, standard work, “pull” methods, visual management boards and employee-ownership/engagement.
