Control Techniques’ Add-On Instruction (AOI) offering makes it easy to integrate Unidrive M with Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix PLCs. An open and editable file, the Unidrive M AOI integrates easily into the Logix architecture allowing for further future flexibility. Emerson AOI

This free AOI download provides an easy path to integrate Control Techniques’ Advanced Motion Controller (AMC) on-board the Unidrive M700 and M702 with RSLogix 5000 programming software. Macro files for use with Unidrive M Connect automatically set the parameters needed for the AMC onboard Unidrive M700 & M702 to integrate with the AOI. Simply download and import the Unidrive M AMC AOI into the Logix software to take full advantage of the AMC functionality.

Features include:

  • 8 Absolute Index Positions
  • 6 Homing Types
  • Forward/Reverse Jogging and Velocity Commands
  • Drive Status and Position Feedback
  • Fault and Trip Diagnostics
  • Current Limit Control
  • Motor Brake Control
  • Hardware and Software Over-Travel Limits
