Florence, Ky. – Balluff’s inductive tube sensors are ideal for detecting fast moving small metal parts such as screws and rivets in automated assembly applications. They’re easy to install, attaching to an infeed tube, and offer the complete reliability of inductive sensor technology. 
The sensors feature a pulse extension of 150 ms, which results in reliable detection of fast-moving parts with a maximum object speed of 20 m/sec and a minimum object size of an M3x5 screw. The sensors have a 16mm switching distance and centerline spacing for side-by-side mounting.
