A new How-To video produced by Boston Gear helps viewers switch the position of the output shaft on Series 700 worm gear speed reducers to accommodate installation requirements. The short video illustrates the easy steps involved with removing the output shaft from one side of the gearbox and installing it on the opposite side.
The 700 Series gearboxes are hard at work in key markets including material handling conveyors, food processing, aerospace and defense, medical, stage and theater, and amusement rides.
