Oerlikon Drive Systems India has been certified by Great Place to Work Institute—a global authority in building, sustaining and recognizing high-trust, high performing workplace cultures. The assessment measured the perceptions of a sample size of employees about their place of work, and the certification is an important recognition of the team efforts to restore trust and build engagement.

Oerlikon Drive Systems Segment has been present in India since 1999, with production sites of both its brands Oerlikon Graziano and Oerlikon Fairfield at Greater Noida and Belgaum respectively. In 2015 the Company inaugurated its third Indian plant at Sanand in Gujarat, serving domestic as well as export markets, covering not only the Agricultural market, but also Construction Equipment, Commercial and Utility vehicles as well as industrial applications.
