J.W. Winco conical vibration and shock absorption mounts

January 18, 2017 By Lisa Eitel Leave a Comment

J.W. Winco, Inc. now sells GN 254 Inch and Metric Size Stainless Steel Vibration/Shock Absorption Mounts of the Conical Type. More after the jump.

These RoHS compliant vibration/shock absorption mounts are also known as shock absorbing mounts, vibration mounts, anti-vibration mounts, vibration bobbins, or rubber bumpers. Frequently used as end-stop bumpers, for example with roller conveyor systems, they absorb most of the accumulated kinetic energy on impact. Acting as dampers and preventing damaging shock and rebound, they also act as sound dampers. These isolation mounts are also used as leveling feet, plus versions with 40 or 70 durometer natural rubber material are available upon request.

The mount body is made from synthetic rubber, vulcanized, 55 durometer, while the cover plate and the tapped inserts/threaded studs are stainless steel, molded in.

J.W. Winco offers an extensive selection of inch and metric size adjustable levers, cabinet U-handles, plastic and steel hinges and locking mechanisms, revolving and retractable handles, hand wheels, hand cranks, tube connection and conveyor components, inch and metric construction tubing, shock absorption mounts, leveling mounts, hand knobs, spring, ball and indexing plungers, jig, fixture and fastening components, retaining magnet assemblies, toggle clamps, metric casters and wheels, universal joints, oil sight glasses, and metric tools for the industrial and commercial equipment industries. For more information, contact J.W. Winco at 800-877-8351 or www.jwwinco.com — and via e-mail at sales@jwwinco.com.
