Fall River, Mass. – maxon motor’s newly designed 70W flat brushless motor delivers a maximum continuous torque of 130 mNm at an efficiency of up to 85%. The new motor in its 45 mm diameter is available with Hall sensors and comes in four windings (24, 30, 36, and 48V). It can be combined with more than 54 different planetary and spur gearheads. For motion control purposes, maxon provides a wide variety of servo controllers and positioning controllers to select from. 

The motors are ideal for many applications in self-contained drive systems as well as industrial automation applications. Designed as internal or external rotor motors, they are often the ideal solution when space is limited.
