Bosch Rexroth to show automation systems at Automate 2026

★ By Puja Mitra Leave a Comment

Bosch Rexroth will exhibit its factory automation solutions at Booth #2810 at Automate 2026 in Chicago, as manufacturers continue adopting automation technologies across production environments.

The company’s portfolio includes automation components, digital engineering tools, interactive exhibits and live system demonstrations.

3D render: Modern manufacturing plant with advanced robotic arms operating on an assembly line with electronic components moving on conveyor belts. Elevated top angle shot of advanced facility.

Among the demonstrations are:

Conveyance systems

Bosch Rexroth will display its TS conveyor systems, which are used across a range of industries and applications, including the TS 7plus, a conveyor designed to transport payloads of up to 3,000 kg. Both the TS 2plus and TS 7plus are built on Bosch Rexroth’s aluminum framing system, which the company has supplied for more than 40 years.

Control and automation

Visitors to the booth will also see Bosch Rexroth’s ctrlX AUTOMATION products, including a cabinet-free display of ctrlX DRIVE, the ctrlX CORE controller and the ctrlX FLOW HS smart conveyance system.

In addition, Bosch Rexroth will present ctrlX OS and its app-based approach to integrating advanced technologies. Using applications from Bosch Rexroth and partner companies, along with edge hardware that supports AI acceleration, the demonstration shows how ctrlX OS can be used to connect robotics and AI-based vision systems.

Linear motion technology

The linear technology display will include an interactive hologram featuring Bosch Rexroth’s range of linear motion components, including screws, bearings and linear modules. The booth will also feature a Cartesian robot and a Smart Function Kit for Pressing demonstration to show how these components are used in an automated pressing application.

A touch table at the center of the booth will include a factory automation display that visitors can use to learn more about Bosch Rexroth’s automation offerings.

Bosch Rexroth specialists will be available throughout the show to discuss factory automation strategies, including approaches that emphasize operational efficiency and safety. Visitors can also stop by the booth of Bosch Rexroth subsidiary Kassow Robots at Booth #2036.
