New Micron Planetary Gearhead Selection Guide

November 3, 2008 By Motion Control Tips Editor Leave a Comment

WOOD DALE, IL – Danaher Motion has available a new product selection guide for Micron TRUE Planetary™ Gearheads. The guide details their portfolio of NemaTRUE™, DuraTRUE™, UltraTRUE™ and EverTRUE™ gearhead solutions with complete product features, benefits, specifications and ordering information. It also introduces the new ValueTRUE™ product offering; a high performance, helical crowned planetary gearhead designed to be a low-cost, drop-in replacement for most common helical gearheads.

Readers will also benefit from a helpful technology overview, selection guidelines and an application analysis form to help them determine the right product for their application.

Planetary gearheads are used on high precision motion control applications which require a high torque to volume ratio, high torsional stiffness, and low backlash. Danaher Motion has combined innovative design features such as helical gearing with streamlined manufacturing procedures, to ship gearheads for all duty cycles quickly.

A PDF copy of the guide can be downloaded from: http://www.danahermotion.com/website/com/eng/download/document/MicronGearheadCatalog_sm_rg.pdf.
