Portescap introduces the 10NS brush DC miniature motor

April 8, 2013 By Stacy Combest Leave a Comment

Portescap introduces the 10NS brush DC miniature motor. These brush DC motors deliver spectacular speed-to-torque performance, ensuring high nominal torque and high power up to 0.7W in a smaller envelope than motors with comparable performance attributes.  This enables OEMs to build smaller, lighter, and higher performing machines and devices. It also eliminates the need to choose between compact size and weight, or battery life and equipment life cycle.

Athlonix

These high power density motors provide maximum continuous torque up to 0.9 mNm to deliver higher endurance and performance while maintaining operational efficiency. They weigh just 16 g / 0.56 oz and deliver output power up to 0.7 watts.

10NS brush DC motors are compatible with incremental encoders and gearheads of various sizes and ratios to satisfy a wide range of application needs. They are manufactured in an ISO certified facility and are RoHS compliant. Contact Portescap’s application and sales support team to obtain additional specifications and rapid prototype samples.
