Regal Rexnord Corp. will exhibit robotics and factory automation products at Automate 2026, scheduled for June 22-25 in Chicago. The company will present products from Thomson, Kollmorgen, Portescap, Warner Electric, ModSort, Huco, Micron, Boston Gear, Berg, Stearns, Leeson and Bauer Gear Motor for manufacturers, machine builders and system integrators working on motion control in automated systems.

The display will include products for robot transfer, servo motion, braking and sensing. These products are intended for machine designs that need flexible layouts, reliable operation and compact footprints.
As manufacturers continue investing in robotics and connected production, automation teams are looking for systems that can be deployed quickly, integrated with less effort and adapted as production needs change. At Automate, Regal Rexnord will show motion control, power transmission and automation products for robotic cells, material handling systems, packaging equipment, autonomous platforms and other industrial applications.
One booth demonstration will feature the Thomson Movotrak Cobot Transfer Unit, a collaborative seventh axis designed to add up to 10 m of horizontal operating range to cobot applications. The system is intended to let one cobot move between multiple workstations or cover a larger process area. It uses a dual linear-unit design for linear motion, moment load capacity and stiffness, along with collision detection across the full seventh axis and Freedrive programming for setting linear waypoints during cell setup.
Regal Rexnord will also show Kollmorgen Essentials Motion Systems, a motion control package designed to help machine builders specify, configure and set up servo motion systems. Each system includes a servo motor, servo drive and single-cable power and data technology, with support for common industrial Ethernet control systems. The company said the latest expansion of the Essentials line includes the PCMM2G Essentials controller and new high-voltage drive capability up to 4 kW for applications in packaging, warehouse automation, material handling and forming.
Also on display will be the Warner Electric Integrated Position Brake, a spring-applied, electrically released brake with embedded absolute position sensing. By combining braking and position feedback in one assembly, the brake reduces the need for separate components, supports shorter drivetrain designs and gives OEMs more options for compact electric powertrains in automation, material handling and mobile equipment.
The products on display show how Regal Rexnord’s brands address different parts of a machine or production line. The company’s portfolio includes linear motion, servo control, braking, sensing, gearing, conveying and power transmission products for OEMs, system integrators and manufacturers.
Regal Rexnord will be in the North Hall at Booth 17030, where attendees can view demonstrations and speak with representatives from its motion and automation brands.
