TURCK is previewing the TBEN-LLH-4RMC, a compact multiprotocol Ethernet I/O module for control and integration of conveyor roller motors in material handling and intralogistics applications. The module is scheduled for launch in the U.S. in Q2 2026.

The TBEN-LLH-4RMC is intended for conveyor systems used in intralogistics, packaging and manufacturing environments where motor control, system flexibility and durability are required.

Designed for decentralized automation, the TBEN-LLH-4RMC combines onboard logic, I/O functions and a rugged housing to support field-level control. By reducing reliance on centralized PLCs and simplifying wiring, the module is intended to help manufacturers and system integrators reduce installation and maintenance requirements.

Features

  • Onboard logic for roller motor control: Supports parameterization and operation of conveyor roller motors while reducing programming requirements
  • Flexible I/O configuration: Includes 4 digital inputs and 4 universal digital channels that can be used as inputs or outputs for trigger signals or additional actuators
  • Decentralized control architecture: Processes digital signals on the module to reduce reliance on centralized control and lower system latency
  • Multiprotocol Ethernet support: Allows integration with a range of industrial networks and control systems
  • Programmable with ARGEE: Supports customization and control logic directly on the device without requiring a PLC

The TBEN-LLH-4RMC is intended to give users a field-level option for controlling conveyor roller motors. TURCK plans to release the module in the U.S. in Q2 2026.
