AutomationDirect adds more polycarbonate enclosures featuring features INTEGRA T-Rail mounting

May 18, 2017 By Lisa Eitel Leave a Comment

AutomationDirect’s INTEGRA polycarbonate enclosure offering now includes the new Premium Series of screw-cover wall mount enclosures in addition to the existing Impact Series of wall mount, single-door enclosures. The Premium Series adds wall mount lift-off screw cover; hinged screw cover; and single-door hinged cover with non-metallic latch models to the INTEGRA wall mount enclosures line.

Starting at $46.00, the Premium series features INTEGRA’s unique T-Rail mounting system for dead-front panels, swing-out panels, layering subpanels, and/or infinitely variable subpanel height.

INTEGRA polycarbonate enclosures weigh less than comparable steel or fiberglass enclosures and are engineered for durability and impact resistance, UV stability, chemical resistance and have a wide operating temperature range from minus 40 degrees F to 265 degrees F. The enclosures are NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 4X, 5, 6/6P, 12, and 13 rated and are watertight, non-corrosive, non-conductive, and easy to install and modify.

Additional features include: integrated mounting flanges molded into the enclosure for easier mounting and an integrated latch to provide a clean look and easy opening; extra interior mounting bosses on the rear wall (and lid of opaque enclosures) provide multiple mounting options for DIN rail, back panels, or other components.

INTEGRA Impact series wall mount, hinged single-door enclosures start at $33.50. Both Premium and Impact series hinged cover versions feature standard hinges for easy door removal, while permitting a full 225-degree door swing; models are available with clear or opaque covers or doors.

Back subpanels, dead front panels and swing-out panels in aluminum, PVC, and white powder coated steel finishes are also available, starting at $9.00; offered accessories include: DIN-rail kits, 10-piece screw packs, outdoor labyrinth vent, and pole mounting kits for 2-inch to 12-inch pole diameters. INTEGRA Impact and Premium series polycarbonate enclosures are UL approved, CE, RoHs, and REACH compliant. For more information, visit www.automationdirect.com/polycarbonate-enclosures.
