Redesigned TB Wood’s eCatalog adds more products and features

April 5, 2019 By Lisa Eitel Leave a Comment

TB Wood’s has recently redesigned the layout and functionality of its coupling eCatalog to enhance the user experience.

The expanded eCat now includes G-Flex grid couplings along with Sure-Flex , Dura-Flex , Form-Flex and L-Jaw couplings and a wide range of belted drive products. The improved online tool, accessible at tbwoods.com/ecatalog, allows users to quickly select the right product for a specific application.

Visitors can use specification filters to instantly narrow a search, compare side-by-side product specifications, and view 3D models and specification pages. Other features include the ability to search for a specific part number, download CAD drawings in various formats, request a customized part and submit an RFQ. Line drawings are now expandable for enhanced readability.

The Form-Flex couplings section now includes more product options and uses parametric CAD modeling so users can generate a final CAD model on the fly. A 2D spec sheet will automatically be generated based on the CAD model. Parametric models allow for much easier and faster updates and management compared to static models. A large number of product renderings have been added to the belted drive product categories. For more information. visit tbwoods.com/ecatalog.
